Depression can make everything feel heavier-from getting out of bed to returning messages to just caring about your own needs. In Depression Therapy & Strategies, I meet you online so you do not have to push through an extra layer of effort just to get support.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression to help you notice the painful thoughts that feed hopelessness and self-criticism, and then gently challenge them. Together, we look for patterns, experiment with new ways of responding, and build routines that support your energy instead of draining it.
Alongside CBT, I teach practical coping strategies for depression: small, doable steps to manage stress, move your body, reconnect with people, and handle rough days without collapsing into shame. The goal is not to "snap out of it," but to slowly rebuild a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and yours again.
