Anxiety and stress can leave you feeling wired and exhausted at the same time, unsure how to quiet your mind or slow your body down. In Anxiety & Stress Therapy, I use virtual individual therapy so you can talk openly from your own space, in your own clothes, without the added stress of a commute.
Together, we use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety to spot the worried thoughts that keep your nervous system on high alert, and gently practice more realistic, grounding ways of thinking. I also guide you through simple mindfulness practices-like breathing, noticing, and pausing-that help your body remember what calm feels like.
Alongside this, I offer stress reduction counseling focused on the real pressures in your life: work, family, health, or big transitions. You will leave sessions with concrete tools, small experiments to try between appointments, and a clearer sense that anxiety does not get the final say in how you live your life.
